Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Please follow our manager’s instructions for a comfortable return with minimal shipping costs.

You can return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. Аnd therefore, please write us at [email protected] and specify the following:

– return causes
– product photos, if it is damaged or defective

We will pay you back the total price of the product, reduced by associated costs, once we have ensured that the product’s appearance, properties, and factory labels have been preserved.
The delivery costs paid during placement of the Order are non-refundable in case of return of the product.

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?

The return of the goods is made at the Buyer’s expense. This means the Buyer should pay for the delivery when returning the goods to us. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount because the delivery cost is unpaid.

When returning orders, in addition to the shipping cost, we will add the amount of all customs duties and charges, including import VAT and brokerage services, which we pay in the Seller’s country. These costs are deducted from the refund amount for the purchased goods.

Please note, in case of refusal to receive the ordered goods, including due to the failure to pay duties in the Buyer’s country; we will also deduct shipping and all other incidental two-way costs, as stated above, from the refund for the purchase goods.

WHEN CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE RETURNED GOODS?

You will receive a refund within 3-14 days of returning the goods to our warehouse. The exact terms depend on your bank and how you paid for the Order.

I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER. CAN I DO THAT?

You can cancel your Order anytime by writing to us at [email protected]. If we have not sent you an order at the time of your request, we will refund your total amount. All refund rules in the RETURN section apply if the Order has already been shipped.

All over the place! 

Please ensure the billing and shipping address details are correct when placing your Order. We cannot redirect.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?

Typically, we send the Order within 3 (three) business days. Delivery may take up to 14 working days if any goods are unavailable when ordering.

Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, and force majeure.

At our discretion, we deliver by local or international post services, depending on the delivery address. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your Order may be subject to taxes/duties levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. We can not include this amount beforehand because the country’s goods delivery company pays it.

SHIPPING FEES

Standard shipping cost – from 29$ (29€) depending on quantity to any country worldwide.

Free delivery for orders over 300$ (300€).

GOODS RECEIPT

DHL, FedEx, and UPS delivery are carried door-to-door. A Goods Receipt confirms that the requestor has received the requested goods. Also, the goods shall be deemed delivered to the Buyer if the Buyer has allowed representatives of the delivery mentioned above services to leave the parcel at the door without the Buyer’s presence. In this case, the risk of not receiving a package is the Buyer’s responsibility.
